Well, I'm looking forward to Corn Fest. But I will admit I will miss going to all the parades and representing the Big Stone Lake Area. It's been a fun year.
Unfortunately, there were not enough entries in the Big Stone Lake Area Royalty Contest, so there will be no new Royalty crowned this year. I am not sure what the Chamber has planned for the Royalty program in the coming year.
Cornfest will be the weekend of the 21st through the 23rd. We all look forward to seeing you there. If you haven't purchased your button yet you can stop by the Chamber Office or at local area businesses to help support the Corn Fest.

The Big Stone Lake Area Royalty Float
Our float is finished. A very BIG thank you to all the groups, businesses and people who donated to help us put together our float. We could not have done it without your generous support.
I had a blast putting it together with the other girls. We built it ourselves with help from members of the Royalty Committee and our families.
